JOHN P. SMITH

John has served the North Georgia family law community for 16 years; 10 years as a practicing attorney. He graduated from the University of Georgia Law School in 1999. He has handled hundred’s of domestic relations cases in most every jurisidiction in North Georgia. After years of working under some of the preeminent Atlanta lawyers in this field, John opened this firm to address not only the continued need for excellent and caring representation of family law client’s, but to provide such service in a more cost effective manner.

As a father of two, himself, John takes particular care in cases involving minor children, especially children with special needs. Such cases require a level of expertise and empathy that John possesses and will continue to hone throughout his career. In court or out of court John brings an elite level of advocacy and professionalism to bear on every case in order to achieve the very best outcome available.
